Based on the WVGA screen width and the clearance distance, you are looking for a camera with a Horizontal Field of view of about 28deg wide.

PS. A Pi 5 is bit of overkill unless you have other uses for it. A 3A+ or similar would suffice just to relay the camera image to an HDMI monitor.
