Yes; I realise that it wasn't you....My sarcastic comment still applies though.

I have been accused of similar in the past....Sometimes, one can't win...I'm accused of speaking in techno-babble; so I try very hard to make it jargon free and non-techie friendly; then I get accused of being patronising!

It's a delicate balance; which I've never quite mastered. Perhaps that's why I spent my career as a techie rather than in the diplomatic service.
