Graphics, sound and multimedia • Android based Rpi5 Head Unit

HI, I have just finished a custom Head Unit build using a RPi 5 running Android, Everything is working however there are some stuff I would still like to integrate that has me scratching my head a bit,

One of which is the remote controls on the Steering wheel. I have Volume UP, Volume Down, Next Track and Previous Track, and MODE switch on the steering wheel. This combo switch works purely off resistance and the values are as follows,

Float = 100k
Volume Up = 1k
Volume Down = 3.1k
Next Track = 1.8 Ohmns
Previous Track = 330 Ohms

Mode Button
Float = 200k
Press = 100k

My question is, how can I integrate this for GPIO control of the Android. I already have Volume Control setup on 2 GPIO pins however they require a Open going Closed short rather than resistance. Any ideas for this one?
