Could be a fake microSD card - write and verify using RPi Imager to see if the same happens, but wait 10 minutes after first to boot to allow it to resize the partition etc.
or pulling the power has corrupted the card - reflash as above
or the power supply is insufficient - is it an offical one?
or something else - was the pi new from a retailer or secodhand?
